Onboarding text messages

We offer applicants and new hires optional text updates about application steps, onboarding appointments, training and employment updates. These are operational messages, not marketing.

This page explains our consent process. It does not collect consent or accept applications. Applicants receive a private offer-signing invitation by email.

How applicants choose

  1. Open the private signing invitation sent by Infinite Delivery Ops.
  2. Before signing, read the separate “Get onboarding updates by text” section, including the SMS privacy policy and terms.
  3. Choose Yes or No. Neither is selected in advance. Yes requires a US mobile number. No allows onboarding to continue through email and the onboarding portal; SMS consent is not a condition of employment.
  4. Complete the signing process. The choice is recorded with the signed submission.

What to expect

Message frequency varies. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. Replies are not monitored continuously, so responses may be delayed. Keep checking email and the onboarding portal for instructions.
